PLACING ORDERS: All orders must be submitted in writing. You may order online or email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PURCHASE ORDERS: If your organization's policies require you to prepare an internal purchase order, you must include the PO number with your order.
CREDIT INFORMATION: New customers must provide a credit card for first orders along with a 50% deposit. The balance due will be charged when your order is shipped and invoiced. To receive 21 day net terms on subsequent orders, new customers should call 303-823-0327 x 106 or email Maureen at email@example.com for a credit application. (All CPB-qualified public radio and television clients automatically receive 21 day net terms.)
SUBMITTING ART: Please email art files to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your name and contact information on the art email. Your art should be submitted as Adobe Illustrator vector art with fonts converted to outlines and saved as .eps with Pantone Solid Coated colors included in the file. We can accept up to Adobe Illustrator 2020. For 4-Color Process/CMYK art, please submit high resolution (minimum 300 dpi), sized to imprint size and saved as a TIFF file. We can accept up to Adobe Photoshop CS2020.
ART REVIEW: We provide virtual art proofs for client review. Art proofs must be approved by email prior to factory production of your order. As indicated on individual product pages, a physical pre-production proof of the product is available for many items and is required for some.
ORDER CONFIRMATION: Once your order has been entered into our system, you will receive a confirmation that includes all pricing FOB factory. If you do not receive an order confirmation from us within a day or two of submitting an order, please contact us to be sure your order has been received by VisABILITY.
OVER AND UNDER RUNS: Factories allow for an overage/underage allowance of 10% during print productions. This variance is because factories will print a few more than ordered and during final quality inspection will reject any units with imperfect imprints. You will be invoiced only for the number of items shipped.
CANCELLING AN ORDER: If you decide to cancel an order in process, you will be invoiced for any factory pre-production and production expenses incurred.
RUSH ORDERS AND BELOW MINIMUM ORDERS: Requests for Rush Services and Below Minimum Quantities may be available, depending on the product, the imprinting process and the factory. Surcharges may apply for these services. Please call for information and we will confirm the factory's policy.
RETURNS: Merchandise that has been custom-imprinted cannot be returned unless there is a verifiable defect. Please inspect your order upon receipt for damaged or defective products.
PRICING: All price and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Though we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typos. If the price listed is different from the actual price, we will notify you before processing your order. Final product pricing is dependent on your purchase quantity and the number of colors in your imprint. Prices shown on the site are exclusive of any setup charges, art charges, shipping charges, applicable taxes, rush charges or any other additional charges which will be communicated prior to processing the order.
